Passionate about introducing mindfulness

In the winter of 2017-2018, Áslandsskóli was offered the opportunity to take part in a research project on the implementation of mindfulness in primary schools, in collaboration with the Mindfulness Centre and the Office of the National Commissioner of Health. The slip road from Strandgata to the Reykjanesbraut is closed.

Due to safety concerns, Ísfold has closed the south-west link from Strandgata (Ástorg) to the Reykjanesbraut towards Reykjavík. The slip road will be reopened later today, at around 15:30. A diversion via Ásbraut and the Kaldárselsgata junction is advised.
