The Marketing Office of Hafnarfjörður's Encouragement Award, which was presented for the first time yesterday to the Hafnarfjörður Icehouse at a ceremony in Hafnarborg. Annríki – National Costumes and Jewellery and VON Restaurant & Bar also received an award. The Hafnarfjörður Icehouse received the award for having lifted the town's spirit with its activities and events. The award is the Marketing Office's token of gratitude for selfless work in raising the profile of the town.
