Ágústa Kristófersdóttir, new director of Hafnarborg

Ágústa Kristófersdóttir has been appointed director of Hafnarborg. Ágústa worked as managing director of the Museum Council and previously as curator at the National Museum of Iceland and Head of the Exhibitions Department at the Reykjavík Art Museum.

 

Ágústa Kristófersdóttir has been appointed director of Hafnarborg. Ágústa worked as managing director of the Museum Council and previously as curator at the National Museum of Iceland and Head of the Exhibitions Department at the Reykjavík Art Museum.

 

She holds an MA in Museum Studies from the University of Iceland and a BA in History from the same institution. She has also studied Art History at Stockholm University and Lund University.
