Hafnarfjörður businesses at HITTUMST in the Harbour House
A number of Hafnarfjörður businesses presented their operations at the HITTUMST conference in the Hafnarhús yesterday. The mayor dropped by, along with the mayors of the neighbouring municipalities.

Companies from Hafnarfjörður were among the many who exhibited at the HITTUMST conference in Hafnarhúsið yesterday. The conference was organised by Visit Reykjavík and the Marketing Office of the Capital Region.
Mayor Valdimar Víðisson toured the area along with other mayors and city and town councillors, and looked into the possibilities.
There was a large turnout at the event, and various companies, all of which are connected to the tourism industry in one way or another, exhibited and presented their activities.
The Fjarkráin pub and Hotel Víking, Ölvisholt Brewery, Hafnarborg and the Museum of Local History of the City of Hafnarfjörður, Íshestar, and Icelandair were among the Hafnarfjörður companies that took part this year.
Nearly 70 organisations with 120 brands were at HITTUMST, presenting their activities to visitors.
Hafnarfjörður is a popular destination among Icelanders, and the number of foreign tourists has also been steadily increasing. We are here for you.
