Design competition between youth centres
All competitors get the opportunity to take part in the SAMFÉS style, in which youth clubs from all over the country participate. For the main competition, competitors also need to submit a design portfolio explaining the concept behind the design. The aim of Stíll is to harness the creative talents of young people and to encourage them to create art in an original way. Many secondary schools across the country offer a Stíll elective course, which gives competitors the opportunity to work on their designs during school hours.
