Proposal for an amendment to the detailed plan for the plot at Hvaleyrarbraut 3.
The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður, at its meeting on 5 May 2015, approved the advertisement of a proposal for a change to the detailed plan for the plot at Hvaleyrarbraut 3, in accordance with section 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010. The change consists of extending and repositioning the building envelope on the plot and allowing 6 flats in the existing building. The maximum density, based on a fully utilised building envelope, will be N=0.58.
The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Customer Service Centre, Strandgata 8-10, and at the Environmental and Planning Services, Norðurhellu 2, from 20 April to 1 June 2016.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of the City of Hafnarfjörður no later than 1 June 2016. Those who do not submit objections to the amendment within the specified deadline will be deemed to have consented to it.
