New Year's bonfire at Ásvallarnir
A bonfire will be lit for the New Year's Eve bonfire at 8:30 p.m. on New Year's Eve. The bonfire will, as usual, be held at Ásvellir, now on the Haukar sports grounds on Völlunum, specifically in the lava field in front of the sports centre.
