Semi-finals in Do you know the answer?
On Monday, 16th March, the semi-finals of Veistu Svarið, the Hafnarfjörður primary school quiz competition, took place, both at the youth centre Öldan where Öldutúnsskóli faced Áslandsskóli, and on the other hand at the youth centre Setrið, where Setbergsskóli faced Lækjarskóli. Children's choir competition postponed
The Hafnarfjörður Children's Choir Festival, which was due to be held tomorrow, 14th March, at Víðistaðakirkja, has been postponed indefinitely due to the weather. A new date will be announced later. Hafnarfjörður School Office.
Winners of the Big Reading Competition revealed
The final of the Grand Reading Competition in Hafnarfjörður took place in Hásölum today, having been postponed from last Tuesday due to the weather. The event was, as usual, beautiful and pleasant, and it was difficult to choose a winner. A winner had to be chosen, however.
