Rio Tinto and Hafnarfjörður Sports Grants Award
Yesterday, the member clubs of ÍBH received a 11 million króna grant from Rio Tinto and the City of Hafnarfjörður for sports activities for under-18s. The amount allocated to each club is determined, on the one hand, by the equality incentive and, on the other, by the number of members who train regularly in the clubs. The 2019 Equality Incentive Awards were received by the Hafnarfjörður Boarding Club for the largest percentage increase in girls and the Björk Gymnastics Club for the largest increase in boys. […]
