Winners of the pike fishing competition

The Hafnarfjörður sports fishing courses held their annual dorgveiðikeppni competition at Flensborg Pier on Wednesday. Over 300 anglers aged 6-12 turned up at the pier and caught nearly 100 fish. Various sea creatures were caught, such as cod, whiting, sea bream and a starfish. Hörður Rafnar Auðarson Pálmarsson caught some kind of bristle worm and received a prize for the oddest fish. On Wednesday, 24th June, the play schemes in Hafnarfjörður are holding the annual angling competition at Flensborg Pier. The competition is open to all children aged six to twelve. Nursing home in the Sólvang area
