Hafnarfjarðarbær óskar eftir að ráða öflugan starfsmann til afleysinga í lærdómsríkt starf í Miðstöðina sem er ný sameinuð vinnu og virknimiðstöð fyrir fatlað fólk. Unnið er eftir hugmyndafræði Servant leadership.

Um er að ræða spennandi, lærdómsríkt og framsækið 100% starf í afleysingu til 1.árs.  Hefðbundin dagvinna frá 8-16 eða 8:30-16:30.

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Providing service users with support with activities of daily living
• Promote the activity and social participation of disabled people in society.
• Follow service plans and procedures
• Enable service users to work and take part in various leisure activities.
• Provides support and accompaniment in work and activity
• Other duties as described in the job description

Competency requirements:

• Experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Interest in the affairs of disabled people
• Knowledge of Icelandic is a requirement.
• Service-mindedness and positivity at work
• Interpersonal skills
• Initiative and conscientiousness
• Flexibility in work

The condition is that the person has reached the age of 20 and has a clean criminal record.

Salary in accordance with the current collective agreement between the Federation of Icelandic Municipalities and the Hafnarfjörður Staff Association.
