Skráningar á frístundaheimili veturinn 2020-2021 hefjast í dag fimmtudaginn 7. maí. Frístundaheimilin eru hugsuð fyrir börn í 1.-4. bekk við alla grunnskóla í Hafnarfirði. Skráning fer fram á Mínum síðum. Nánari upplýsingar um umsóknarferlið berast öllum foreldrum/forráðamönnum barna á frístundaaldri.

Þær umsóknir sem berast fyrir 15.júní eru í forgangi og umsóknir sem berast eftir þann tíma eru ekki afgreiddar fyrr en í ágúst.

Fjölbreytt tómstundastarf eftir að hefðbundnum skóladegi lýkur

Frístundaheimili eru fyrir börn í 1.-4. bekk og starfa við alla grunnskóla í Hafnarfirði. Hlutverk frístundaheimila er að bjóða upp á fjölbreytt tómstundastarf eftir að hefðbundnum skóladegi lýkur fyrir nemendur. Starfið byggist á vali, hópastarfi, smiðjum og útiveru. Einnig er boðið upp á síðdegishressingu á miðjum degi. Markmið frístundaheimila er að hvert barn fái að njóta sín og þroskast í umhverfi sem einkennist af hlýju, öryggi og virðingu.

Winter registration for children‘s
leisure centres 2020-2021 starts may 7 2020.

Registration
is done electronically through the site:
“Mínar síður” (My pages) at www.hafnarfjordur.is under the heading: Umsóknir – frístundaheimili (applications – children’s leisure centres) . Applications
received prior to 15 June will be given priority in the admissions
process, applications received later may be placed on a waiting list and
will not be processed until August.

When a child is
offered placement at a children’s leisure centre the parents will receive an
invitation for placement sent to the email-address that the was provided and
the parents must respond to, and accept this email within three days of
receiving the email. If the email with the offer for placement is not accepted
the placement will not be activated. If this time limit expires you need to
contact the children’s leisure centre in question and get assistance.

During the
application process it is important that all information is correct and that special
needs are recorded. It is necessary
to check if the information about contact persons is correct and sometimes you
will need to add an additional contact person if the child lives in two homes. It is important to state if the child is in need of
support.

Parents will be
able to select the number of placement days they are paying for the child, afternoon
refreshments are included in the fee. The rates are shown on the Hafnarfjörður
website and you pay the rate per one whole day and not per hour, irrespective
of whether the child stays until 16:00 (4pm) or 17:00 (5pm) at the leisure
centre.

About children´s leisure centres

Children’s
leisure centres are intended for children in classes 1-4 and are operated in
all elementary schools in Hafnarfjörður. The purpose of children’s leisure
centres is to offer a variety of after school recreational activities for the
pupils. The activities are based on optional choices by the pupils, group work,
workshops and outdoor activities. Early afternoon refreshments are also
included. Rides in a leisure time activities car are offered to children in
classes 1-4 and this car will be driving the children to exercise classes in those
clubs that have entered into contracts for leisure time activities rides. The
leisure time activities car will at all times have a staff member present who
looks after safety in the car and who makes sure that the children exit the car
at the right location. Parents need to register their children specifically for
the leisure time activities car through the registration system “Vala”. The
objective of children’s leisure centres is that each child feels comfortable
and gets to develop in an environment that is characterised by friendliness,
security and respect.

Terminating or cancelling the contract and amendments

In order to cancel
the contract for the spring semester you must notify the head of department for
the relevant children’s leisure centre prior to 15 December, otherwise the
application will be automatically extended as of and including the month of
June.

If parents wish
to make changes to a current registration prior to the autumn semester it
can be done during the period from 1 September until 15 September and
the changes will take effect on 1 October. Regarding changes to the spring semester it will be possible to make
changes from 1 January until 15 January and the changes will take
effect on 1 February.

need assistance for logging-in or signing-up, or for using “Mínar síður” (My
pages) they need to call the town service centre phone number 5855500 or go to
web chat at hafnarfjordur.is It needs to be
stated that if for some reason the positions at the children’s leisure time
activities centres have not been fully staffed when the activities commence in
the autumn there may be some delay in the child beginning to attend the
relevant children’s leisure time centre. We remind you that children who are starting school for the
first time have priority with respect to placement in the children’s leisure
centre if you apply prior to 15 June. Children who need support at the
children’s leisure centre will receive placement as soon as a support
representative has been hired for the relevant child.

Summer
leisure time activities for children graduating from kindergarten / preschool

There is a selection of diverse and wholesome
play courses on offer for the graduating groups at the pre-schools /
kindergartens in all children’s leisure centres. The courses are held from 6 until
24 August, namely from when the summer closure of the play-schools /
kindergartens ends and until the elementary schools start their formal operations

Świetlice szkolne oraz półkolonie 2020-2021

na świetlice na rok szkolny 2020-2021 zaczynają się 7 maja 2020.

Zapisy na świetlice
na rok szkolny 2020-2021 zaczynają się 7 maja 2020. Zapisy odbywają się drogąelektroniczną na Mínar síður“ (Moje strony) na www.hafnarfjordur.is podumsóknir – frístundaheimili. Wszystkie wnioski jakie wpłyną do 15 czerwca będą
miały pierwszeństwo, wnioski wpływające po tym terminie, trafią na listę
oczekujących i zostaną rozpatrzone nie wcześniej jak w sierpniu..

Jak dowiem się czy moje dziecko dostało miejsce?

Po przyznaniu
dziecku miejsca na świetlicy wysyłany jest rodzicom mail informujący, na adres
podany we wniosku. Po otrzymaniu maila, należy odpowiedzieć na niego w ciągu
trzech dni od daty jego otrzymania. Jeśli
tego nie zrobimy, przyznane miejsce nie będzie nam przydzielone. Potem
trzeba bezpośrednio kontaktować się ze swoją świetlicą, by poprosić o pomoc. Przy składaniu
wniosku należy upewnić się, że wszystkie
podane informacje są prawidłowe. Należy upewnić się,
że wszystkie informacje na temat osób kontaktowych są prawidłowe. Czasami
należy wpisać więcej osób w przypadku, jeśli dziecko mieszka na „dwa domy.”

Ważne jest też, żeby zaznaczyć, jeśli dziecko potrzebuje
dodatkowego wsparcia. Rodzice mogą wybrać
ile dni wykupią dla swojego dziecka. Podwieczorek jest wliczony w opłatę
świetlicy. Cennik dostępny jest na stronie internetowej miasta Hafnarfjörður.
Opłata jest za cały dzień nie godzinna bez znaczenia więc, czy dziecko jest do
godz. 16:00 czy do 17:00.

O świetlicach

Świetlice są przeznaczone
dla dzieci klas 1-4 i działają we wszystkich szkołach podstawowych w
Hafnarfjörður. Rolą świetlic jest oferowanie uczniom po zakończeniu lekcji różnorodnych
zajęć rekreacyjnych. Praca świetlic opiera się na: pracy zespołowej, zajęciach dowolnych,
technicznych oraz czasu na świeżym powietrzu. W trakcie trwania świetlicy
oferowany jest podwieczorek. Transport dzieci na zajęcia dodatkowe obejmuje
dzieci klas 1-4, jedynie do tych klubów, które podpisały stosowną umowę z
gminą. W jednostce transportowej zawsze
znajduje się pracownik, który dba o bezpieczeństwo dzieci oraz że wysiądą one
we właściwym miejscu. Aby dzieci mogły korzystać z transportu, rodzice muszą
specjalnie je na niego zapisać za pomocą
programu rejestracyjnego „Vala”. Celem świetlic jest to, aby każde dziecko
mogło cieszyć się zabawą i rozwijać w środowisku charakteryzującym się ciepłem,
bezpieczeństwem i szacunkiem.

Rezygnacja i zmiany

Rezygnację z semestru wiosennego należy zgłosić kierownikowi odpowiedniej
świetlicy do 15 grudnia, w przeciwnym razie wniosek zostanie automatycznie
przedłużony do czerwca.
Jeśli rodzice chcą wprowadzić zmiany, na semestr jesienny, można je zrobić między
1 – 15 września wtedy zmiana wejdzie w życie 1 października.
Zmiany na semestr wiosenny można wprowadzić między 1- 15 stycznia, wtedy zmiana

Należy podkreślić,
że jeśli nie wszystkie etaty personalne zostaną obsadzone w momencie
rozpoczęcia działalności świetlic na jesieni, mogą wystąpić pewne opóźnienia w
przyjęciu dziecka na świetlice.
Przypominamy, że dzieci rozpoczynające naukę w szkole mają pierwszeństwo
do świetlicy, jeśli podanie wpłynie do 15 czerwca. Dzieci wymagające specjalnej
pomocy, zostaną przyjęte, zaraz po zatrudnieniu przez świetlicę specjalnego
pracownika dla danego dziecka.

Rejestracja na półkolonie rozpoczyna się 13 maja. 

Wszystkie świetlice
oferują zróżnicowany i konstruktywny program półkolonii dzieciom kończącym
naukę w przedszkolach. Półkolonie odbywają się od 6 do 24 sierpnia lub od
momentu zamknięcia przedszkoli i do formalnego rozpoczęcia roku szkolnego szkół
